IMPRS-SPCE Virtual Doctoral Conference on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy

The International Max Planck Research School on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy (IMPRS-SPCE) is hosting the First Doctoral Conference on the Social and Political Constitution of the Economy online,  from March 24–26, 2021.

The event will give doctoral students whose research addresses the complex linkages between economic and social action the opportunity to present their work and receive constructive and well-informed feedback from an audience of peers.

Interested doctoral students can apply by submitting a 300–500 word abstract including the research topic and the theoretical and methodological approach of their proposed paper to phdconference@mpifg.de by November 8, 2020. Successful applicants will be notified by November 30, 2020, and are expected to submit a draft paper of roughly 4000–6000 words by February 15, 2021.
