NAMASTE + Web Talk on "German Higher Education System"

University of Goettingen‘s NAMASTE+ project funded by DAAD and German Ministry of Education an Research within the program “A New Passage to India” is organizing a Web Talk on the “German Higher Education System” on Oct 28, 2020 06:30 p.m.

The Web Talk “German Higher Education System” offers insight in the different aspects of Germany´s education system and which are the conditions and requirements for international students, as well as aspects to take into account when establishing cooperation with German universities. Namaste+ is coordinated by Göttingen International/University of Göttingen and is funded by the DAAD and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

The talk will be imparted by Dr. Phillip Jeserich, Head of the Incoming Office, and Ms. Helena Krause, senior officer at the Academic and Student Service department from the University of Göttingen.

NAMASTE+ is a mobility and research cooperation project between the Georg-August Universität Göttingen and 12 Indian Higher Education Partner Institutions. The project is financed by the DAAD and the German Ministry of Education an Research within the Programm “A New PAssage to India”.

NAMASTE+ aims at reinforcing a long-term multidisciplinary and multilateral cooperation with the Indian partner HEIs, contributing to the promotion of Indo-German dialogue and exchange in research and higher education through multilateral mobility of researchers and students. It also aims to strengthen the existing network of cooperation between the University of Göttingen and the Indian partner universities by establishing a consortium as a platform to exchange best practices, knowledge and innovation.
