Arthur Rapp

Arthur Rapp is the Director of the German Centre for Research and Innovation (DWIH) New Delhi and is responsible for its strategic management. At the same time, he is the Director of the DAAD Regional Office in New Delhi, responsible for the coordination and strategic development of DAAD activities in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Previously, he was the Head of Language Department for Sub-Saharan Africa and Deputy Executive Director at the Goethe-Institut in Johannesburg. He has also served as Head of the DAAD Information Centre in Dushanbe and as a DAAD lecturer at the State Pedagogical University in Dushanbe.
His professional focus and interests include migration and education policy, multilingualism, language and identity, racism, and diversity. Arthur Rapp holds a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics, Hispanic Studies, and Sociology from the University of Hamburg.

Aadishree Jamkhedkar manages overall projects, communication, and budgets at the DWIH New Delhi. Further, she supports its network development and strategy. Her current interests are in science policy and cooperation for science-based entrepreneurship.
For over a decade, she has driven projects for Indo-German cooperation, working closely with academia, industry and political stakeholders.
She has an M.Sc. in Life-Sciences from St. Xavier’s College, University of Mumbai. She is trained in intercultural management and German language.

Ramneet Mehta

Ramneet Mehta is responsible for event management and general office administration at the DWIH New Delhi. She coordinates all the thematic events and projects with the DWIH supporters and partner organizations.
Previously, she has worked with the programme and policy leads at the Science and Prosperity departments at the British High Commission. She started her career in marketing and communication initiatives at the DAAD New Delhi.
Ramneet is an M.A. in Sociology and holds a B.com(H) degree from Delhi University.

Reny Daniel manages communication activities at DWIH New Delhi, overseeing the website, social media, newsletters and other communication channels. She also supports the team in event coordination.
Prior to joining DWIH, she worked with the Indo-German Science & Technology Centre at the intersection of bilateral programs and communication.
Reny received a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences from Delhi University and holds a master’s degree in Environment Management.
