It is designed to enable exchange between incubator managers and deep-tech startup founders, supporting collaboration and mutual learning.

The Indo-German InnoXchange Programme is a bilateral programme of the German Academic Exchange Service -DAAD ( German Center of Research and Innovation (DWIH) New Delhi) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. The programme aims to establish a systematic exchange format between the Indian and German deep-tech startup and entrepreneurship ecosystems, fostering collaboration among startups, incubators, accelerators, universities, and research institutions. On behalf of the DST, SINE – IIT Bombay is the implementation partner of the programme.
