Recruitment and Support for International Start-up Founders

Many start-ups associated with universities and research institutions in Germany, especially the ones supported by the EXIST Business Start-up Grant have about 10-15 percent international start-up founders and researchers. In this interactive workshop, the challenges, avenues, structures for recruitment and support for international startup founders in Germany as well as good practices will be discussed.

The workshop is a part of the yearly EXIST workshop taking place at TU Braunschweig in 2023.
