Empowering People in the Age of AI: German–Asian Partnerships for Talent, Innovation and the Future of Work
Artificial Intelligence has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies of our time. The challenge now lies in shaping and directing AI to foster innovation & creativity, while safeguarding authenticity, reducing bias and ensuring responsible use.
At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, the DAAD India and DWIH New Delhi represented by Arthur Rapp contributed to the panel discussion on ‘Empowering People in the Age of AI: German–Asian Partnerships for Talent, Innovation and the Future of Work’. He emphasized the importance of establishing clear guardrails as AI increasingly becomes an active brainstormer in innovation processes. Additionally, while AI unlocks new efficiencies and creative potential, mitigating the risks of over reliance remains essential, particularly in academia and research.
