Innovate Within: Exploring Academic Intrapreneurship
Intrapreneurship is transforming how academic institutions and incubators nurture innovation. The concept is gaining significance in incubators and academic institutions in both India and Germany. Efforts to promote intrapreneurship include dedicated programs to sensitize students, semester breaks focused on entrepreneurial initiatives, and incentives for professors to contribute to or guide startups or work on their spin-offs.
Join our web talk to gain insights from professors and startup founders about their personal experiences. Learn from heads of incubators about policies that foster an intrapreneurial culture. We will discuss pathways to becoming an entrepreneur, support instruments available to professors, hand-holding for potential entrepreneurs, and effective strategies to cultivate an intrapreneurial mindset. Additionally, successful examples of intrapreneurship in academic institutions will be shared.
