Internationalisation At Indian Higher Education Institutions: Cooperation Management & Strategic Partnerships
The iHED workshop is an opportunity to enhance expertise in international project development. This interactive workshop is designed for representatives, heads, and deans of international offices /relations at Indian higher education institutions. The workshop focuses on structures of internationalisation, implementing cooperation contracts, and managing international projects, with a special emphasis on fostering collaborations with Germany.

The workshop offers the opportunity to expand knowledge on international cooperation, to learn from peers and to network with other higher education institutions. The workshop will have sessions on DAAD funding opportunities for cooperation programs and showcase good practices in international collaboration.
It will also feature sessions on setting objectives, results-based frameworks, and monitoring for writing effective project proposals. Selected DAAD alumni from IIT Kharagpur will be integrated into the programme to foster exchange between alumni and institutional representatives. The participants of the workshop will become part of the DAAD iHED network.
