Research Careers in Germany: Opportunities for Women

Germany has outstanding research capabilities – but how does it measure up when it comes to opportunities for women in research?

What programs exist for international women researchers to succeed in the German ecosystem? Are there institutional strategies to encourage equal participation? Are there dedicated funding lines, support structures, and mentoring initiatives?

These and related questions will be explored by researchers and institutional leaders working in Germany. Join in to know how women can build careers not only in research, but also in academia and deep-tech entrepreneurship.
