iHED – International Higher Education Dialogue (1 – 3 March 2023)
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and Association of Indian Universities (AIU) are organising an international virtual conference on internationalisation of higher education from 1−3 March 2023. The conference is in collaboration with UEFISCDI. Romania is invited as the partner country.
The conference is a platform for stakeholders and higher education institutions from Germany, Romania, India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka to connect and liaison. It explores the models of cooperation addressing international, bilateral, multilateral, interinstitutional cooperation, strategic partnerships and working in consortia.
We invite you to submit your proposal for a 15-minute presentation during the conference. The topics are:
- ERASMUS: Insights in cooperation projects between Europe and South Asia
- Double and joint degrees: Good practice and challenges
- Impact of cooperation: Monitoring and measurement
- Beyond bilateral projects: Cooperation in network and consortia

Submission Details
Who can submit proposals?
Faculty, researchers, representatives of institutions/universities, staff of international offices / administration, stakeholders in the field of higher education from Germany, Romania and South Asia.
